What is included in the price?
The setup fee starts at €269 and includes all standard template sections, your first year of hosting, domain registration, SSL, Orion’s booking engine and limited Orion cloud PMS access. Annual renewal is €129 from year two, including domain renewal and up to two small content updates per month, each taking up to one hour.
Custom section design costs €30 per section, dedicated page content costs an additional €60 per page, and extra content updates cost €30 per hour. Prices exclude VAT. The advertised setup and renewal prices already include the 10% rollout discount; an active PMS subscription gives a further 25% off those two fees.
Do I need a full Orion PMS subscription?
No. The website includes limited PMS access: view-only access across the suite, editing access to website setup and the “Rates” and “Rates & availability” modules, and access to view reservations. You can upgrade to the full Orion cloud PMS platform at any time.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You can change photos, text, colors, room descriptions, destination content and parts of the layout through the builder inside Orion PMS. Changes to the reviews widget are handled by our team. We also recommend asking us to update custom-designed content to preserve its styling.
You can ask us for other modifications too. Up to two small updates per month are included in the yearly fee, with a maximum of one hour each. Work beyond that allowance is charged at €30 per hour, excluding VAT.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You can use an existing domain, choose a new .com, .gr or .net domain, or use an Orion subdomain. We handle registration, renewal and SSL for the included domain. The domain belongs to you.
Is email hosting included?
No. Domain-based email hosting is not included. You’ll need a separate email provider if you want email addresses on your domain.
Can my website be in English and Greek?
Yes. Your property website supports English and Greek, with content specific to each language. Translations are not automatic; you provide and manage each language’s content separately.
How does the booking engine work?
Orion’s booking engine is included with your website subscription, with no additional setup fee. It uses real-time prices and availability from the PMS. If you also use Orion’s channel manager, bookings synchronize availability across the connected channels.
Is there a choice of templates?
There is one customizable template. Your photos, content, color palette and supported layout choices give it its own identity. The websites shown here are examples of how different that same foundation can look. Up to two custom-content sections and optional dedicated pages can add more flexibility, with extra design fees.
What happens if I cancel or stop paying?
You lose access to the website service. The published website is disabled when you cancel and is later permanently deleted. Your domain remains yours.
Can I edit SEO and social-sharing settings?
The builder does not currently provide customer-editable SEO titles, descriptions or social-sharing image settings.
